16-week 1:1 coaching for women 5'4" and under

The Petite Method

Petite fat loss takes precision, not extreme restriction. Get a nutrition, training and movement plan built for your frame, and learn to run it yourself.

Coached by Ana Rivas, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. Rolling enrollment, so you get your own start date.

Who this is for

Most fitness plans are written for a body that isn't yours.

You're busy, you're driven, and you've done the diets. You ate less, cut carbs, did the classes. The scale barely moved, or it came right back.

When you're petite, your daily energy needs are often several hundred calories lower than the standard 2,000-calorie label. That leaves little room for error, and it's why "just eat less" stops working. The answer is a plan with the right numbers for you, meals that actually satisfy, and training that changes your shape.

The Petite Method is 16 weeks of 1:1 coaching. You lose fat, build strength, and leave with a long-term plan you know how to adjust on your own.

The 16-week method

Four blocks. One lesson and one assignment every week.

Each week pairs a short lesson with one thing to practice, like hitting your protein target 5 of 7 days. Then we review it together at your check-in and adjust your plan. That's what makes it coaching, not a course.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Ana Rivas.

ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach

I've been where you are. I've lost 60 lbs, and counting, using The Petite Method myself. That's how I learned what actually works for a petite body.

I created The Petite Method because I know how frustrating it is to follow plans that were never designed for a petite body. The portions are too big, the programs don't fit, and the results never come.

My coaching is personal. I build your plan around your body, your schedule and your goals, and I adjust it with you every week. By Week 15 you're making the calls about your own plan before I give mine, because the goal is for you to never need another diet.

Questions

Before you apply

Is this a meal plan?

No. You learn to build satisfying meals and get personal targets that we adjust from your real progress. By the end you know how to eat for your goals without someone handing you a menu.

I've never lifted weights. Can I join?

Yes. Every training block has a Beginner version, and you can send me your lifts so I can coach your technique.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program is built around the equipment you have, at a gym or at home.

When do I start?

Enrollment is rolling, so you get your own start date. After you sign up there's a 2–3 day onboarding window, including your kickoff call, before your official Day 1.

What happens after 16 weeks?

You graduate with final measurements and photos, a review of your wins, and a maintenance roadmap for nutrition, training, movement and lifestyle.
